(Schools not sponsored by a church will work with the Lead Evaluator to make a final decision on whether the visit starts on Saturday or Sunday.) Our school is responsible for the External Review Visit team members' expenditures related to the visit, including travel, food, and lodging as applicable. Travel insurance is always recommended when purchasing flights and reserving vehicles. On occasion, External Review Visit team members are delayed during travel due to issues outside their control (airline changes, weather conditions, etc). If a team member incurs expenses due to these delays, our school is responsible for reimbursing those reasonable expenses, even if the team member is ultimately unable to arrive for our visit. If any External Review Visit team members will be traveling from out-of-country, our school will provide visa information and assistance. It is our school's responsibility to communicate in a timely manner with our Lead Evaluator and the ICAA Office in matters regarding our visit. Our school's Self-Assessment and all related evidence must be uploaded and organized on a digital platform no later than one month prior to our visit. All External Review Visit team members must have access to the digital platform at least one month prior to the visit. At the conclusion of our visit, the External Review Team will make a recommendation to the ICAA Commission regarding our status.
